PAYMENT METHOD:

ApplePay / Secured credit card payment link / Bank Transfer - Stripe Platform®

PAYMENT CONDITIONS:

40% Upon confirmation - as booking fee and deposit

60% Remaining amount - due 10 days prior to the scheduled service date.

The chef will always hand the receipts for the guest to review and keep track (for transparency purposes).

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If canceled 15 days prior to the scheduled date, 50% of the booking fee and deposit will be refunded.

If canceled between 0 and 14 days, no refunds will be allowed. Refunds will take up to 7 days (5 working days + weekend).

GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES:

It is essential to provide all the important information in advance to allow the private chef to make necessary arrangements and ensure a

safe and enjoyable dining experience for you. Failure to provide adequate information about preferences or allergies may result in

limitations in menu options or potential risks during the service. Please, always inform us about allergies and your dietary requirements.

The client is responsible for providing a clean and well-functioning kitchen, sufficient space, and appropriate environment for the chef to

perform the service. In the event of unsatisfactory work space conditions, the chef may not be able to perform the service and cannot be

held responsible.

LIABILITY:

The private chef will exercise food security and skill in preparing and serving the dishes. Tthe guest acknowledges that food preparation

and consumption involve inherent risks, and the private chef shall not be held liable for any illness, injury, or other adverse effects that

may occur due to not having received the warning from the guest about any allergies or health conditions that may affect their ability to

consume certain ingredients.

CONFIDENTIALITY:

The private chef agrees to keep all information disclosed by the guest confidential, including personal details, preferences, and any other

proprietary information shared during the course of the service. We take privacy very seriously – privacy laws fully apply in our company

and service.

GOVERNING LAW:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Balearic islands. Any disputes arising out of

or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive local jurisdiction.
