About the chef
Jana Rangel is a professional chef deeply grateful to Spain, Switzerland, Italy, and France for being the countries that formed the solid foundation of her 18 years of culinary journey.
She began her training at the renowned Hoffman School of Cooking in Barcelona, Spain, and, driven by her adventurous spirit, continued her studies, graduating in International Culinary Arts from the University of Lucerne, Switzerland. During her years living in the heart of Europe, she had the opportunity to learn and explore the essence of exquisite Alpine cuisine, the fascinating French cuisine, and the authenticity of Italian gastronomic culture.
After 8 years working in various kitchens around the world, she returned to Spain, where, once again motivated by a deep desire to continue learning, she proudly completed her academic training by obtaining a Master's Degree in Food Technology and Advanced Techniques of Modern Cuisine at the prestigious Basque Culinary Center in San Sebastián, Basque Country.
In the last 4 years, she has dedicated herself to the fascinating world of private chef services in luxury chalets in the French Alps and in villas located in the most idyllic and luxurious spots around the Mediterranean, providing excellence, knowledge, and passion for cooking to everyone who tries her dishes.
