My name is Jana Rangel,  professional chef, nutritionist, and culinary teacher with 18 years of experience.

My academic background and my 18 years of experience learning and cooking across Europe, Australia, Indonesia, Japan, South America and North America support my deep knowledge  about Mediterranean and International cuisine

Academic background

Graduated in International Culinary Arts,  at IMI University located in Luzern - Switzerland.

Post-graduated with a Master Degrees in Food technology and  advanced technique of the moderrn cuisine in the prestigious Basque Culinary center in San Sebastian - Basque Country - Spain
